counting the omer

This is Psalm 33 of my juDADAist blackout Psalms written in homage to Dadaism, the avant-garde movement (1916–1924) in which blackout poetry was central. The mission of DADA and juDADAism, a play on the Hebrew word DA/Know! (dalet-ayin), s “to restore magic power to words” (Elmer Peterson, Tristan Tzara: Dada and Surrational theorist, 1971, p.9).
